How would you describe the memorial and its ornamentation?
A bronze memorial plaque dedicating a stained glass window with a religious theme to an officer of the Royal Field Artillery. The memorial plaque sits below the central pane. Following the merging of the Church of Scotland and the Free Church in 1954, this Free Church was to become a community hall and as a result a partition wall has been constructed in front of the window, although the window can still be seen, the plaque is much less visible. Since the change of use of the church, an extension has also been added to the building which restricts the outside view of the stained glass window.

This site is now a Community Hall, however during the time when the window and plaque were added, this would have been the site of the Free Church which merged with the Church of Scotland in 1954.
