(CWGC records that Private Frank Henry Lusher, regimental number 9251, died aged 22 on 14/3/1915 serving in the 2nd Battalion of the Northamptonshire Regiment, and is commemorated on Le Touret Memorial in France. They record him as the son of Henry and Caroline Amelia Lusher of 7 Reform Street, Peterborough. The Medal Rolls record that he was serving in the 2nd Battalion; his 1914 Star medal was issued under that Battalion. On the 1911 census he had been recorded at Devonport, serving in the 1st Battalion with his brother George).
