The Roll lists his address as 48 Broad Bridge Street. It wrongly lists his regimental number as 18902, and that he was buried at "Aveling".

(CWGC records that Private R F Bright, 18903, 5th Northamptonshire Regiment, died on 16/8/1916 and is buried in grave G.38 at Aveluy Communal Cemetery Extension in France. Soldiers Died in the Great War likewise records his regimental number as 18903, as do the Army Registers of Soldiers' Effects, which list his father Richard H D Bright as his legatee).
