Hornshaw and Fowler (see References) provide the extra detail and found him also listed on IWM 2224 and 596. He was the local Methodist choir and organ master and worked as a printer (being a Member of the Typographical Insitute) before he enlisted in October 1916. Collins (also see References) says he was married to Mable Annie and provides his place of death.
