Military Service: Private The Queen's Royal Regiment (West Surrey) attached 13th (2/4th Battalion The South Lancashire Regiment) Battalion, The Parachute Regiment, Army Air Corps. Died 19 August 1944 of wounds sustained during fighting by the 6th Airborne Division on the River Seine.'
