Memorial windows, series of 8 single light windows, with dedicatory tablet below.
Tablet is rectangular with shouldered top. The inscription has a gold border, is surmounted by a Latin cross, blue with gold edging on blue background.
At left of cross is the Welsh emblem, white with blue circular surround.
At Right of cross is the motto TWELL/ ANGAU NA/ CHYWILYDD, blue lettering on white background with blue circular surround.
The tablet is bordered with blue decorative edging containing red and gold rose motifs.
