Notes
Extra information sourced from information provided by Eileen Corbitt, Honorary Secretary and Treasurer of The Old Hornseyans’ Association and CWGC. The former says he had a Theology degree from Oxford, served as a missionary in India but became a Squadron Leader who 'died on D-Day': the CWGC disagrees with the rank and date. However, that he is only listed on the Runnymede Memorial suggests he did die in action.
