Extra information sourced from information provided by Eileen Corbitt, Honorary Secretary and Treasurer of The Old Hornseyans’ Association. This source says he died in NW Europe in 1994: the CWGC lists only one man with this name, forename Roland Leslie, who was buried in Islington cemetery in 1942. It is assumed he is the latter.
