This 1994 version of the Roll of Honour listed him as 'Christopher B Archer', and his address as 4 Woodland Terrace, Wood Street.
Having enlisted under the alias 'Christopher Buttery Archer', his Army records are under that name. In fact, his birth was registered as Christopher Allen Buttery BIGGS, which was therefore his legal name.
CWGC lists him both under his alias of C.B. Archer, with the annotation 'See "BIGGS," the true family name', and also under his true name: Christopher Allen Buttery BIGGS.
(Due to confusion caused by his alias, the original 1921 Peterborough Roll of Honour mistakenly listed this man twice: once as Christopher B. Archer of 4 Woodland Terrace in Wood Street, who it stated was missing believed killed on 15/4/1918 while serving in the Norfolks under regimental number 9067; and again as 'C Biggs' for whom it listed no address, regimental details or date of death).
