He is recorded in the General Register Office Death Index as "Royston C.G. Du P. Le Blond". The Commonwealth War Graves Commission records him as Captain "Robert Cecil Gamage Du Plessus Leblond" of the Rifle Brigade; that he died on 17/5/1915 and was buried in grave B.R. 169128 at Brompton Cemetery in London.
His Army service file at The National Archives (reference WO 339/18145) is held under the name Captain Royston Cecil Gamage Du Plessis Le Blond, of The Connaught Rangers.
