Hornshaw and Fowler provide service and death details. An orphan and brought up by an Aunt and Uncle with his brother Edwin Kelita Jagger, also commemorated here, he was a Regular from the age of 16. He served in India, Egypt, Dardanelles and France and was killed by machine gun fire leading a night-time wiring party.
