Career: Testing Assistant, Board of Trade Electrical Standards Laboratory 1907-1908; Pupil, Yarrow and Company 1908-1910; Second Lieutenant, 5th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers, then attached, Royal Warwickshire Regiment, WWI. Died 11 November 1914 (killed in action).' He died on a night raid on the German trenches.
