All extra details are based on information supplied by the College Archivist (see Additional Information). This included the following biographical details. He was born on May 14th, 1870, in Christchurch, New Zealand, the son of the Rev B W Harvey. He was educated in new Zealand and matriculated in 1894 before becoming a doctor and working at various hospitals in London and in East Anglia before taking a practice at Westcliffe-on-Sea in Essex. He joined up in 1914.
