Hornshaw and Fowler (see References) provide the extra details and say he is also listed on IWM 2689 and the Menin Gate. They (and CWGC) believe his surname was Duffy, not as the memorial records it, but there is confusion over his regiment - Hornshaw and Fowler recorded that the local press said the Royal Irish Dragoons, CWGC says the 5th Dragoons (Princess of Wales's).
