The Roll lists his address as 147 Wellington Street. It misspelt his surname as "Clarke" instead of Clark, and listed his regimental number as 10141 instead of 3/10141.

(CWGC records that Serjeant Fred Clark, regimental number 3/10141, died on 29/1/1915 serving in the 1st Battalion Northamptonshire Regiment, and is commemorated on Le Touret Memorial in France. The Army Registers of Soldiers' Effects record that the legatee of "Frederick Clarke", regimental number 3/10141, was his mother, Lucy Ann. Fred's two brothers William and John Robert are also listed on the Roll of Honour, but under the correct spelling "Clark").
