The Roll of Honour incorrectly records his surname as 'Ankers' (it was actually Anker), listing his address as 25 Milton Road, Old Fletton, Peterborough.

(CWGC records that Private Jack Anker, regimental number 14275, was in 1st Battalion Northamptonshire Regiment when he died aged 19 on 9/5/1915; he is commemorated on Panel 28-30 of Le Touret Memorial in France. They record him as the son of Mrs Alice M. Anker of 25 Milton Road, Old Fletton).
