Hornshaw and Fowler provide the extra details. He was not married and worked in a solicitor's office before he enlisted in September 1914. He was wounded in the thigh on November 21st, 1915 but died in hospital 2 weeks later. He is also commemorated on IWM 2689 and 2695.
