Hornshaw and Fowler provide the extra details. Married, to Laura, with two children he worked for the dyeworks until he enlisted in November 1915. He served in Salonika and Palestine before dying of malaria at the Naserah Schools Hospital. He is also commemorated on IWM 2738 and 2747.
