The school website (see References) provides the extra service, name and death details and provides this brief biographical detail: 'Reggie Page-Green was born in 1896 and emigrated to Canada at an early age. He returned to England after the outbreak of war though, and was commissioned in September 1915. He was
awarded the Military Cross for his part in leading a company attack against the enemy, but died soon
afterwards, so the award for gallantry was made posthumously. Cemetery: Bus House (D.8)'
