The College website adds: 'He came up in 1908 from Malvern School. Buried at Kohat Cem., south of Peshawar, and commemorated on the Delhi (India Gate) Memorial. [The 69th Punjabis did not participate in
the Amritsar events of 19.3.1919 but they were in on Gen. R.E.H. Dyer’s difficult though successful marching relief of Thal, 1- 3.6.1919, at the end of the 3rd Afghan war].'
