The College website adds: 'He came up in 1906 from Tonbridge School. He had two other brothers who came up to Pembroke, including Edward who is also listed on this memorial: there were 8 brothers in total. He was a golf blue, then a rubber planter in Malaya who enlisted in 1914. Commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres [directly below G.A. Curnock who is also listed on this memorial] and at St Mary’s Kippington, Kent'.
