CWGC does not list any S George serving and dying with the Dorset Yeomanry: there is a Stanley who was from Blandford and who died serving with the Imperial Camel Corp. If this is him, he is also listed on the Jerusalem Memorial. As he appears to have been the brother of JW who is also listed here, they may have enlisted into the Dorsets together and he was later transferred.
