I believe the full tittle should be Captain The Right Honourable The Lord William Edwardes, 5th Baron Kensington. He was wounded in action on 30 April 1900 at Krantz Kraal, South Africa, unfortunately, he died on 24 June 1900 at age 31 at Bloemfontein, Orange Free State, South Africa.
