Notes
On the memorial the middle name is shown as Fredrick and on the CWGC page it is shown as Frederick. He is shown as being buried at Salome Communal Cemetery German Extension by the Germans but his grave was lost. The date of death shown on the memorial is given as the 13th April when it should have been the 12th April.
