How would you describe the memorial and its ornamentation?
A stained glass window accompanied by a bronze plaque. The two light window also has a trefoil pane at the cusp of the lancet opening. The head of each light depicts the family arms and a scene of St George and the Dragon spans the centre of both lights. The foot of the left light bears regimental colours and the right has the inscription. The nowy headed plaque is attached to the cill and has a small cross within a wreath at the head and the inscription in raised upright capital lettering.
