The chapel was on land that was owned by Hill Court Manor, the home of the donors who sponsored this memorial/window. The manor was acquired by Rehau, a German industrial Group, in 1994 and they acquired the chapel (to the east of the manor) in 1997: the chapel, which was Grade 2 listed, was closed thereafter. The grid reference given here is for the Manor. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hill_Court_Manor)
